Exchange & Return Policy

At Fridah, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before it’s sent out. As a small business, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will gladly provide a refund, store credit, or replacement, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Significantly different from the description or sample shown
  • Not fit for its intended purpose

If the fault is minor, we may choose to repair the item or offer a store credit or replacement. 

How to Request a Return (Faulty or Damaged Items Only)

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@fidahjewellery.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the claim and notify you of the outcome and next steps. 

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unworn, original condition
  • All original packaging (including pouches or boxes) must be included
  • The item must be securely packaged for return
  • We recommend tracked shipping — we are not liable for items lost in return transit

If the return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost for faulty goods. 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on the following unless faulty:

  • Earrings
  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery
  • Gift cards
