At Fidah, we’re proud to offer worldwide shipping so you can enjoy our jewellery no matter where you are. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Australia, with love and care.
Shipping Within Australia
- Standard Shipping – AU$7.99 (FREE on orders over AU$99)
Estimated delivery: 2-6 business days
- Express Shipping – AU$15
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location.
Processing Times
All orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. We do not cover these charges.
